Lake Como String Quartet

Lake Como String Quartet is available to play for weddings and events in Lake Como and and other surrounding areas in northern Italy. The quartet is made up of two violins, viola and cello. Also available to play as a String Trio violin, viola, cello.

Lake Como String Quartet is based in Como and specialises in providing high quality wedding ceremony music that is customised to suit the requests of clients. Formed in 2009 by Tamara Auer, an Australian musician and graduate of the Milan Conservatory, the group of three or four musicians is made up of music graduates from the Milan Conservatory, Italy.

Available as a quartet (trio plus additional violin), trio (violin, viola and cello), or duo (violin and cello), the group provides suitable music for all types of indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Many couples like the traditional sound and elegance of a string trio for their wedding music but also like the idea of having the trio play arrangements of popular music. Aside from having a large classical repertoire, the Lake Como String Quartet has worked on arrangements for a vast number of popular songs inspired by groups such as the Vitiman String Quartet and Stringspace String Quartet.

Lake Como String Quartet is available to travel all over northern Italy, including areas such as Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, Lake Garda, Milan, Tuscany, Lombardy, Venice.
